District 8 All-Star openers set

Brackets for the various District 8 all-star tournaments have been released. Eagle Creek Little League has teams entered in four of the tournaments. Here are those teams' opening games, with map links to their locations:

8-10 baseball: ECLL vs. Danville 9s, June 24, 6 p.m., at Danville's Ellis Park.

Junior softball: ECLL vs. Zionsville, June 25, 8:30 p.m. at Zionsville Lions Park Field 3.

Senior baseball: ECLL vs. Brownsburg, July 5, 6 p.m. at Dick's Field.

Major baseball: ECLL vs. Zionsville/Brownsburg winner, July 6, 7:30 p.m. at Danville's Ellis Park.

Junior baseball: ECLL vs. Danville, July 11, 7:30 p.m., at Zionsville's Lions Park Field 1.
